I am an electro-mechanical professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience across multiple trades, industries, and technical disciplines. My career has been built on field experience, discipline, troubleshooting ability, and a deep respect for the kind of knowledge that only comes from working directly on real equipment in real-world conditions.
My three core specialties are Power Generation, HVAC, and EV Charging Infrastructure. These areas represent the strongest parts of my professional background and the work I am most passionate about. Over the years, I have developed a broad electro-mechanical skill set rooted in repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and system-level understanding.
I began my career in the automotive field and later expanded into diesel equipment, generators, HVAC systems, and electrical work. My background includes service in the U.S. Army as a generator mechanic, overseas contractor work, transit fleet maintenance in New York City, and continued growth in the electrical and electrification industries. Each stage of that journey added another layer to my experience and helped shape the well-rounded technical foundation I bring to my work today.
Today, I work in the EV and electrification industry, specializing in commercial charging systems, power distribution, transformers, and field service operations. I am a Washington State licensed 07 Maintenance Electrician and 07 Electrical Administrator, and I hold additional trade and technical certifications in areas including HVAC, EPA Type II, power generation, and other equipment-related disciplines developed throughout my career.
I am also completing my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology at Thomas Edison State University, continuing to build on decades of hands-on experience with formal education and professional development. My long-term focus is to keep growing in technical leadership, project execution, and business development while staying grounded in the practical side of the trades.
In addition to my professional work, I am building DuraPower Solutions, a company focused on electrical services, power solutions, and EV Charging Infrastructure. My vision is to build a company known for reliability, craftsmanship, technical excellence, and lasting value.
